Boise PGA Golf Tour

Eric's brother in law works for Wells Fargo and they had a booth at this year's PGA Golf Tour. He was so wonderful and knows how much Eric and I love golf so he got us two passes into the games. We realized as soon as we got there that we weren't prepared for the hot sun, so we bought matching hats (we didn't mean to get matching hats it's just that my head wouldn't fit in any of the ladies hats)
We walked around and watched the games and followed three people playing. After a little while we found out these three golfers were Australian so we watched them till the end of their game and I was able to get an autographed golf ball from Nick Flanagan who grew up in the same area that I did. It was pretty darn cool!! It was one of the balls that he used in his game.
We weren't supposed to have our camera's or cell phones with us, luckily for me I have them both in one and snapped a few pictures of the golfers.

On the way home you had to park your car in a lot about a mile a way and then catch a shuttle so we got on the shuttle, which was a school bus. Then we drove through the community where the golf course was and there were speed bumps. I haven't ridden a school bus for so long and I didn't realize that the further you are in the back of the bus, the more likely you are to be airborn if the driver doesn't take the speed bumps slowly. Well, the driver took the first few slowly and I guess he didn't see another speed bump and went pretty darn fast over it. Well, Eric and I went airborn and it hurt. Being 3 weeks away from having this baby, I was certain it was going to put me in labor. Here we are the next day and no baby so we are doing ok.
We do have some bad news on the house though. Apparently our mortgage people were lying to us, and dragged us along until the day we were to close and then said, you have to have a co-signer because you are technically self-employed. Well, that would have been nice to know a month or so ago before we found this house and dragged a realtor, a builder and lots of other people into the middle of it. So, we have to rent or lease to own a home for two years and then we can get a loan for a home. Not happy being that I need a home to bring my baby to but we are looking for a nice enough rental home to use for a while and then we'll see how it goes.
