We have a rule in our family that we don't swim on Sundays. So when we got our little pool we didn't think it was a problem. And it wasn't until Alyssa saw a few friends in the pool and that it when she decided that she actually likes the pool. She likes it so much that it is the first thing she asks for when she wakes up in the morning. So on Sunday when she wanted the pool we said no, we'll go swimming tomorrow. Well, that wasn't good enough for her. After church we decided to go outside. She got her little watering can and decided to water the plants.
Which lead to reaching a little too far in to get the watering can. She got her shirt wet. Then she decided that Mama and Daddy needed to get wet to so she poured water all over us.
So what was supposed to be a dry Sunday ended up Alyssa and us being just as wet as if we'd gone swimming in the first place.
