Random Happenings Lately!!

I'm trying to catch up a little bit here. We've been so blessed in the place that we have rented because our next door neighbor has a little girl that is Alyssa's age and those two play so much together. Her mom has graciously shown us and taken us to many places to do fun things here in Salem. We are so grateful to her and her daughter!!!

Last Sunday Mason fell asleep on my lap. This doesn't happen and so I was trying to eat it all up. I took a bunch of pictures which was difficult but I just love this little man, and this is proof that he actually can stay still and quiet, even at the same time!!

Our neighbor, A(she doesn't want to be acknowledged) took us to Gymnastics and then to the Kids Zone. This is a large room with tons of toys, jumping castles, climbing things, tons of fun things to do for the kids. They had a blast. Here is Alyssa on the Motorcycle and the next one is Mason pushing his favorite thing in the world, a bulldozer!!

 A also took us to the Gilbert House which is a few large homes with activities in each room and outside is a large play area with climbing and slides. This is Alyssa and Mason on the dinosaur slide. These pictures are taken with my Iphone so, sorry for the blur.

 Today was a hot one so I got out some buckets and filled them with water. I let the kids do whatever they wanted with them, as long as they were nice to each other. They had a great time. Most of the water ended up on me, thank you very much Alyssa.  It was great though!

I am making an Alphabet Book with the kids in it and I got a few pictures of them with their daddy for the D page.

Mason's favorite thing to do at the park is to climb up the slide. And with his cute chubby feet, he does a great job!!

Alyssa has really taken to writing and drawing pictures. She does a great job. She practises her letters almost all day everyday. Thank goodness it is back to school time because I've been able to buy cheap notebooks for her to write on. She also draws awesome people and this is the picture of Alyssa, Mason, Mommy and Daddy. I am so proud of her. She doesn't ever let me help her. It's all her!!
