Alyssa was awake for a while this morning so we decided to play with some toys. She was totally mesmerized (sp??) by these noisy things. She tried holding onto some of them and was able to do it for a while. She also tried some more tummy time. She hates to be on her tummy but sorry sweety - gotta learn to lift your head. She was getting the hang of it by the end of tummy time. We'll keep working on that. My favorite thing happened today - Alyssa smiled for the first time for real. She's been trying for a while but she actually got it this morning at about 7am. It was so great. She is so dang cute.
She is now 8lbs 8oz so she is growing fast.

Sarah...the video is precious! I loved hearing you say, "You're so clever!" Our babies are growing up so fast! :)
