Last weekend we took a trip down to Utah to surprise my Mum for her birthday. It was a good trip down there. Alyssa did well in the car. The first night we stayed at Liz & Pesh's house, the photos are below this set. It was so good to spend time with them.
The next night we surprised Mum with a dinner at Mimi's and all her friends and the American kids were there. It was great. Rebecca took all the pictures for that. It was so good to be there and it turned out really well.
After the dinner Alyssa and I stayed at Mum and Dad's house.
Alyssa loved being at the top of the stairs and looking down through the railings. She LOVED it!!
She became VERY fast at crawling. It took me a lot to keep up with her. She fell down the garage stairs and it scared the peanuts out of me. She was just shocked. Poor little thing.
We gave Mum a card that sings "Don't worry be happy" when you open it. Alyssa loved it and learned to open and close the card. We heard that song for a long long time.
She started making this grumpy face. It is so cute!!
It was so fun to spend time with them. We went for a walk with Andrea and her two gorgeous little boys. It was a great trip. Alyssa didn't like the trip back as much but we made it home and we are happy!!
