We had scheduled for Eric to fly out of town on Jan 19th. But Levi became very sick and passed away on the 17th and I didn't want to be alone in my misery while Eric was gone. So we decided that Alyssa and I would fly to Utah to be with my family while Eric was in Illinois.
It was so great to spend time with my family and my sisters were so wonderful to accomodate me and Alyssa. Liz dropped everything and spent the two days with us, driving us around and doing what we wanted to do. It was so great.
The whole time we were there we tried SO hard to get a picture of Alyssa and Alyana. Alyana is scared of Alyssa so it took a while and we had to get them to focus on something other than each other.
Alyssa tried to play with Alyana but she'd have none of it!!
We put Alyana's hair in pigtails for the first time and it was so cute!!
Liz and Alyana. We'll see you soon when we come down for Ethan's baptism.
