Today we bought Alyssa a big girl bed. She has long looked too big for her crib but she loved it and we loved it too. But tonight we said goodbye to the crib and Alyssa is now asleep in her big girl bed. She loves it. She picked out her bedding and helped put it all together. After baths we read her story in her bed and she went to sleep no problem at all. Fingers crossed she stays in bed tonight. I can't believe my little girl is growing up. We all have to get out of the crib someday but it just feels like she's still our baby in the crib. She'll always be our baby, no matter how old she gets. I just can't believe she is growing up so fast.
