We have had a great couple of days. I love being a Mom!! Today I spent an hour or so outside with Mason just smashing acorns and other things we've found. We also smashed logs in our fire pit which got us really dirty. I love spending time with that little boy!! He makes my heart melt!!
I've started picking up my camera more and taking pictures and it has been really fun. I'm no pro but I enjoy it!! This tree is in our backyard and has been attacked by Woodpeckers. It's crazy that they are so good at keeping their lines straight.

Alyssa wanted to learn how to sew. Yesterday I took the thread out of the machine and gave her printed paper to practice on. She did great and so we headed out to the fabric store and we let her pick some out. Today while Tyler was napping, we made a pattern, cut it out and made a pillow and blanket for her baby doll. She did such a great job!!
Alyssa and Mason painted the rocks outside with water, it's crazy how simple it is yet they were busy for a good hour or so. Mason spent some time yesterday painting while I was helping Alyssa sew.

Alyssa is obsessed with Roly Poly bugs - she has a collection of them. She loves to catch them and watch them. She wants to be either a Veterinarian or a Scientist when she grows up.
