Every year I look forward to going to the Woodburn Tulip Festival. It is about a half an hour away from us and I love taking the kids up there. This year the festival was earlier than most other years due to the fact that we had an unseasonably warm winter and the tulips sprouted earlier. It was still a little muddy and rainy and cold when we were there but it was totally worth it.
The kids loved it. They especially loved running around, wrestling each other and playing in the mud (keep scrolling down for the photos of that)

The mud - more to come
The flowers are all so beautiful. I love this place!!
Getting this kid to smile for any pictures is such a chore. He just ends up looking grumpy!!
More mud!!! The older kids had rain boots but Tyler did not - big mistake!!! He was such a mess but he loved it!!
All the kids got to ride a pony. They all loved it, especially Tyler. It was his first time riding a real pony and he couldn't stop giggling the whole time!!! He loved it!!
Mason and Alyssa both went on these jumping things and they had a blast!! LITERALLY!!! They went so high and Mason giggled the whole time too!! The biggest smile on his face that I have ever seen!!
Then they all enjoyed the jumping castle!! So fun!!
Loved the Tulip Festival. We left just as the big storm was coming in. Perfect timing!!
