The day after Christmas, my parents took the 5 hour drive up to see us for a few days. It was so nice to spend that time with them. Of course, the first thing we did was to open presents.
My Granny, Alyssa's great Granny, knitted this gorgeous jacket for Alyssa. If fits her perfectly with a little room to grow. She looks so adorable in it and it is so warm. Perfect for these cold winters in Idaho.
Alyssa absolutely LOVES her Grandpa. She would walk up to him with a book in her hand and ask him to read it to her. She, at one point, wouldn't let me get her out of her crib, Grandpa had to do it. Grandma and Grandpa were so great at playing with her and being silly with her. They are so great with her.
Grandma taught Alyssa a little ballet, we have a video of it that we'll put on Facebook. Alyssa is quite the little dancer. She loves her Grandma!!
