Swimming Lessons

Some friends in our ward teach swimming lessons so we traded sewing and alterations on a prom dress for swimming lessons for Alyssa. We started this week and so far, well, I guess so good. She is learning and doing well but crying the whole time. The lesson is just for 15 minutes but she cries for Mom the whole time.
Improvements are happening though. During the last lesson she only cried for half the time. We are trying to get 10 lessons in before I pop so we are going 3 times a week and she is doing well. The teacher thinks that once she gets past the "I want Mommy" part, she'll just take off and do exceptionally well. I'm hoping that she'll get more and more comfortable with the lessons and the water.

After the lesson she snaps right out of it and wants to play around the pool and has no problem with it. She'll do great though!!
