For some crazy reason, we decided to head out to Boise on a Wednesday night. We would stop in Pendleton over night and then travel on to Boise in the morning. Well, that sounded good but once we got to Pendleton, the kids had already napped in the car so they didn't go to sleep till about 12:30am (just past midnight). I also didn't have a bed for Tyler so he slept in between Eric and I so we didn't get any sleep. Needless to say, next time we will just make the whole trip in one day.
The next day at we met up with Eric's sister, Heather, and her family for lunch in Pendleton. Nate's grandma had passed away so they were headed towards Washington for the funeral. So we met up in Pendleton for lunch. It was super fun to catch up with them. The kids loved to play with their cousins.
We finally got to Boise in the afternoon and the kids were ready to play. Grandma and Grandpa got out the pool and the squirt guns. They had a blast soaking each other.

Alyssa painted a birdhouse with Grandma for a craft while the boys played!!
