On July 4th we woke up and got ready for a fun day. We started the day visiting Eric's friend, Dan and his family for breakfast, then we headed to downtown Boise for the parade. We found a decent spot and waited. It ended up being at the end of the line but it was still fun for the kids.
After the parade we went to Old Chicago for lunch, which seems to be a tradition for the July 4th holiday in Boise. It was great and then we headed home for naps.
After dinner we had our own little fireworks display before we put the kids to bed.
We had a great July 4th. We left for home early the next morning. So grateful to have family who loves us enough to let us crash their house for a few days. Thanks Grandma and Grandpa!!!
